The UCA is a space that all artists can rent for retreats, song writing, recording and so much more. We have private rooms that can be used as studio space, a stage and sound system, a functional commercial kitchen and so much more.

We are nestled in a sweat little community in the prairies that has shopping, restaurants and all the amenities you could want.

 

There is a hotel in town and plenty of fresh air and space to work on your pieces, music, craft etc.
