Any organization wanting to apply for the 2024 grants must fill out an application by April 30, 2024 deadline. Applications are available from Scott Gardiner 204-245-9050
Objectives of the Clearwater Community Foundation Inc.
• The objectives of the Foundation are to promote recreational, educational and cultural activities; to promote heritage preservation, social services and environmental initiatives; to provide for such other charitable purposes that, in the opinion of the Board, are desirable and are intended to benefit primarily the community of Clearwater and the surrounding area.
How it works:
• all capital will be held by the foundation in perpetuity with only the interest to be paid out
• community groups may apply in writing to the foundation board, with the board then deciding who and how much monies will be given to each applicant
How to donate:
• gifts may be made in many different ways, including cash, bequests through wills, life insurance or publicly traded securities
