Burn permit valid for two weeks only

Remember your permit, once approved will be valid for two weeks only.
What is being burned *






Declaration of Applicant *
1. Keep fire under control at all times *
2. To fireguard the area as required under the terms of the Wildfires Act *
3. Fire is surrounded by a minimum six-meter-wide strip of land free of all flammable material *
4. To burn during daylight hours only and in accordance with the Province of Manitoba Crop Residue Burning Authorization (April 1st and November 15th) Enquiries 1-800-465-1233 *
5. No fire to be lit with winds over 30 km/hr *
6. No burning will be permitted, or any ongoing burning will be immediately halted, if smoke is drifting toward a Provincial Highway and is causing, or will cause, a reduction in visibility that may impair safe travel *
7. "structure" I have applied for a SCPD demolition permit *

BURN PERMITS ARE NOT APPROVED BY THE MUNICIPALITY UNTIL FIRE CHIEF'S HAVE GIVEN APPROVAL. WE WILL NOTIFY YOU WHEN A DECISION IS MADE.
