Notice for Property Tax Payments- All Municipality of Louise residents
Due to Canada Post Strike, property taxes are still due by 4:30pm on Friday, October 31, 2025. If you have already mailed a cheque, please contact us to confirm we received it. 
If you have not yet paid your property taxes, the following payment options are available:

  • E-transfer payment to acao@louisemb.com. Memo: your full name, ALL roll numbers (if paying for more than one at a time).
  • Bill payments accepted through RBC, Westoba and TD Canada Trust. Search 'Louise, Municipality' choose taxes and use each roll number at the account number (six digits maximum)
  • In person Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30pm at the municipal office in Crystal City. Post dated cheques accepted. Cash or cheque only.
  • Drop off  post dated cheque payment at the Louise Recreation, 125 Broadway St, Pilot Mound. Tuesday to Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm. Please write your phone number on the envelope. 
  • Payments received after 4:30pm on October 31, 2025 will be considered late and penalty added on November 1, 2025 at 1.25%
